At my practice, I address a broad spectrum of conditions including hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal disorders like IBS and SIBO, autoimmune diseases, and conditions affecting mental health such as anxiety and depression. I also focus on women’s health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, and menopause. My approach integrates functional medicine and holistic care, tailoring treatments to each patient’s unique needs, aiming for not just symptom relief but optimal overall wellness.
Functional medicine is an individualized, patient-centered approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of disease. It involves a detailed understanding of each patient's genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors and uses that data to tailor personalized treatment plans.
Integrative medicine combines conventional medical treatments with alternative or complementary therapies that are supported by scientific evidence. It aims to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms, by considering the individual's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. This approach often involves collaboration among multiple practitioners from various specialties to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care. I work closely with other providers involved in a patient's care to ensure optimal results and respect the patient’s preferences in their healthcare team.
I have completed extensive training in both functional and integrative medicine, including a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, specialized courses in functional medicine, and continuous education in the latest health and wellness research. I have a diploma in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Internal Disorders and am certified in Family Practice from National University of Health Sciences and the Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders, certified in Brain Chemistry, Blood Chemistry and Functional Endocrinology from Apex Energetics. I am certified in Systems Health Care.

Yes, patients can choose to be seen on a pay-per-appointment basis, allowing for flexibility and convenience based on individual needs. Payment is due at the time of service or when labs are ordered.
Your visit will involve a comprehensive assessment of your health history, current health concerns, and a discussion about your wellness goals. This may include physical exams, diagnostic tests, and the development of a personalized lifestyle care plan.
A phone consultation involves discussing your health concerns, progress, and any questions you might have over the phone. It is a convenient option for follow-ups and check-ins that don't require a physical examination. My patient portal also offers video calls so add in that option as well, not just a voice phone call.

Patients can submit the receipts provided by our office to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage will depend on the individual’s insurance plan. If a scheduled payment is declined or missed, there is a three business day grace period to correct the payment. If the payment issue is not resolved within this timeframe, a fee of $50 will be added to the next payment due. It is required that our office holds a credit card on file.
Should the outstanding payment and the additional fee remain unpaid, access to future appointments may be restricted until the account balance is settled, which could interrupt the continuity of your treatment plan.
For those paying per appointment, a three-day window is also provided to complete payment. Failure to do so within this period will result in a $50 late fee.
To prevent disruptions to your treatment and avoid late fees, please ensure payments are made on time. If you encounter any issues or need to discuss payment arrangements, contact our office promptly within the three-day grace period.
Additionally, we understand that schedules can change, and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. To accommodate this, we offer the ability to cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50 to cover the reserved time and resources.
We encourage timely communication regarding appointment changes to help manage our schedule effectively and continue providing timely care to all our patients. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to avoid any fees and to allow us to offer the slot to other patients in need of care.
